Overview
The MyHQ team is excited to announce updates for KUBRA MyHQ. Our team has been busy behind the scenes making quality of life, client guided user interface updates, and new optional features available to explore. Many of these updates were guided by our clients feedback which is invaluable and appreciated.

These enhancements are available now.
Pay By Text
We've added Pay By Text functionality to our Payment Reminder notification. Customers may set up a "Preferred Card" under their Payment Reminder settings for their Mobile contact. Beyond a new way for customers to engage in payments with MyHQ it offers consistent functionality with our previous products.
This is an optional feature.
MyAccount Grid View Improvements
We wanted to see how we could improve the customer experience for customers with multiple accounts and end up seeing the optional "MyAccount Grid View". Guided in part by client feedback, customers with a large number of accounts can now search for an individual or series of accounts, or sort each column to see grouped status', or sort by filtering any account with autopay enabled, or a combination of these options.
The MyAccount Grid View and enhanced view are optional features.

Account Deactivation Improvements
Deactivating an account isn't something to be done lightly. This update was also guided in part by our client feedback. We've setup additional warnings in our account deactivation process to indicate that doing so may impact auto payments and preferences. Customers will need to remove those items prior to deactivation. Once done, the customer will receive an initial notification that their account is being removed and a final one once that process is done.
We hope to reduce any confusion around the impacts of deactivating an account, and give the customer peace of mind that their request was fulfilled.
Session Time-out Improvements
We heard from some clients that customers weren't able to see the current rendition of our web session timer when a customer is idle for so long. We've made the prompt more visible.
Also we've included configuration options around where you can redirect a customer to.
- Default behavior returns the customer back to the home login screen.
- A new option is to send the customer to a MyHQ Session Expiration page.
- A new option is to redirect the customer to a third party/configured URL.
