Enhancements
USPS Delivery Alerts
To better support our clients in managing their mail and delivery times we have implemented a new automated alert to keep everyone aware of delays in the mail. The USPS Delivery alert is generated when USPS takes longer than the expected number of days to deliver the mail. By default, a threshold of 7 days is set, but this can be configured for each client by application through Client Support at KUBRA.
Users can subscribe to this alert from the alert page under DocWeb.

Please Note:
- The system considers a mail file to have been delivered if 80% of the mail pieces for a job have been delivered by USPS within the expected time
- This alert is sent only once per job to the users who subscribe to this alert.
- This is only available to clients using the USPS to deliver mail
Release Format:
Automatic - This feature will be automatically activated. No configuration or retrofit required.
Automatic Impact:
Low Impact - this feature will not impact the normal day to day activities of users as the feature requires purposeful engagement by the user
Nixie and COA Report Enhancements
Our product team has made new enhancements to two USPS Tracking reports that are available in the DocWeb platform. These reports can be found in the Returns Manager menu within the client console or just the Returns menu within the OPS console. Prior to these enhancements, these reports were designed to only return data up to a maximum of 3 months. With this new enhancement, it can now be extended to a maximum of 11 months. The product team has also added new search filters as long as the appropriate settings are configured for this functionality.
There are two updated USPS Tracking Reports available:
- The COA reports contains data for customers who had a change of address prior to their mail being processed.
- The Nixie report contains data for customers where USPS is unable to deliver their mail to. There could be a number of reasons why this can happen but mostly the reason could be the address is invalid or contains incorrect information
New search filters and additional data column for Nixie and COA Reports:
The image below shows the before and after of the Nixie report. Additional search fields for Application and Account Number have been added. A new data column has also been added to the report, Application. These enhancements are meant to improve search capabilities for CSRs searching for undelivered mail in an efficient manner.

Doc Search Available History Months Company Property
This company level property was first introduced when the DocSearch report was updated to extend the maximum number of months of data it can return. The same property is now going to be used for the COA and Nixie reports. This property can be defined in the application setup.

For clients that have opted to receive compressed files, the contents of the compressed file will now be displayed in a View Details popup available on the Job Details grid. And the option to repost will be available for the compressed file.
