The iDoxs team will now be releasing a comprehensive customer-facing Help Centre for the KUBRA iDoxs Suite. The new site continues the design and function supported through support.kubra.com that we have previously released for DocWeb. The KUBRA iDoxs Suite Help Centre will include answers to common questions and step-by-step guides to perform payment or account-related tasks.
Contextual Help
To further enhance the user interface, we will now include contextual help by integrating the Help Centre into the KUBRA iDoxs Suite website. Throughout the site, we will now display help prompts (ie. question mark buttons) that will open a pop-up with help articles relevant to the page. This will allow customers to easily access help and guide themselves through tasks with ease.
