Overview
To better support you and ensure you are operating under current Nacha guidelines, KUBRA is releasing a minor enhancement to our user console. This enhancement will provide suggested language that can be leveraged by your customer service representatives (CSRs), when they are adding a recurring ACH profile, or modifying an ACH recurring profile. This is merely suggested language that can be read out by your CSR to confirm the actions they have taken as per your customer’s request.

This enhancement will be available in the iDoxs User Console on December 14, 2021.
