KUBRA iDoxs Suite

Overview

In this release, the iDoxs Team has included new features and enhancements to existing functionality for consumers. In addition, they are also providing enhancements to some payment processing features for billers.

New Features
Subscriber Profile Change Notifications
The KUBRA iDoxs Suite now notifies consumers when changes are made to their account profile. When items in the subscriber profile are changed, iDoxs will send an email or text message to confirm the change. This new feature provides extra security and visibility to customers by ensuring changes are tracked and they are notified. If a change was not triggered by the user, they are made aware immediately and they can take action to ensure their account remains secure. The changes that will trigger notifications are:
  • Subscriber info changed
  • Wallet changed
  • Accounts changed
  • AutoPay changed

Service Fee for Enrolled Subscribers
The KUBRA iDoxs Suite now supports a service fee based payment model for iDoxs Suite enrolled subscribers (consumers).  Previously, the service fee model was only supported through one-time non-enrolled payments. With this release the KUBRA iDoxs Suite can be configured to charge a service fee for a particular payment type (ie. Credit Cards) for enrolled one-time and recurring payments.

The service fee model allows you to charge a fee to customers when making a payment using the specified methods.  For Example, you can charge a service fee to customers making payments using their credit cards but allow them to make a bank payment without a fee.

iCashier
The all new iCashier feature allows third party cashier systems to utilize KUBRA for payment processing through our enhanced POS solution and the Payment API. iCashier will seamlessly integrate with your cashier system to power payments.  Our clients can integrate more customer touchpoints and continue using a single payment processor. This approach simplifies the entire payment ecosystem and allows our clients to focus on their day to day business.

Feature Updates
iDoxs Console Activity Tracking

iDoxs will be adding and tracking more User and Admin Console activities. This change is another measure to provide our clients and their customers with a superior user experience and full visibility / audit control. These new activities can be found in Report Manager within the User Console.
