The new standardized API Toolkit architecture for the KUBRA iDoxs Suite makes it easy to automate many of the standard tasks and actions performed manually today, such as accessing real-time account balances, real-time payment posting, and more.  These APIs allow for easy and seamless user experiences both for you and your customers.

• Real-Time Payment Posting - This API allows time-sensitive payments to be reflected instantly in your CIS system, avoiding unwanted disruptions and delays.
• Real-Time Balance Update - This API provides your customer with the most current account balance (should that value be different from the originally invoiced amount), ensuring payments are accurate and trouble free.
• New Account Creation - This API supports new customers attempting to make a payment or enroll before a bill has been loaded into the KUBRA iDoxs Suite. Without a bill in our system, they would fail account validation. An API call can be used to create an entry into the KUBRA iDoxs Suite validation catalog to facilitate the payment or enrollment.
• Payment Cancellation & Refund - This API supports cancellation of payments before the settlement process and refunds of payments after the settlement. The cancellation of payments include authorization reversal for card payments wherever applicable.
