We are releasing support for Snap n’ Enroll, which is akin to the current Snap n’ Pay feature. This enhancement will allow customers to easily enroll in your e-billing service by simply snapping a picture of a QR Code. After snapping the image, the customer will be brought into the enrollment process with many of the required fields already filled out. Due to the nature of the enrollment process, they are still required to provide a few more details; however, the effort on their part to include details such as account numbers and addresses is significantly reduced.
The QR Code is ideally placed on the bill and makes the decision to enroll easier, as the customer is already in the bill-payment mindset. Additionally, providing a mobile-friendly enrollment option gives your customers the flexibility and convenience to complete the enrollment process whenever and wherever they choose.
