This release will contain an iOS App update along with payment and accessibility enhancements.
Release Date: The features and updates included in this release will be available immediately. The iOS update will be released through the App Store in the coming weeks.
App
Apple Touch and Face ID
The KUBRA EZ-PAY iOS App will now utilize the iOS Face ID and Touch ID features to sign in. This update brings a huge lift to the app by making it much easier to access and use. This new feature will be for the iOS App only (Android coming soon).

Accessibility Enhancement
KUBRA EZ-PAY is now ADA / AODA compliant up to level AA. Some minor changes were made to the UI to bring it into compliance including changes to the default KUBRA EZ-PAY color. This level of compliance is beyond the industry standard and ensures an enjoyable experience for all users.
Please Note: If you have applied Biller Branding, your color may not be ADA / AODA compliant.

Voice
Warm Transfer Back
When making a Voice payment, KUBRA EZ-PAY can now be configured to initiate a warm transfer back to the IVR System the customer came from. The following parameters can be passed back when leaving the KUBRA EZ-PAY Voice Channel (when available at the time of transfer):
- Account Number
- Confirmation Number
- Payment Amount

Past Due Option in FastTrack
When the Past Due Amount option is enabled for KUBRA EZ-PAY, the Voice payment channel has been updated to include this as a payment option when using FastTrack.
The Past Due Amount feature provides the customer with the specific past due amount for the account. The customer can opt to pay this amount directly.
The FastTrack feature provides the customer with the option to use their previously used payment information such as account number and payment type.
Release Type: Automatic - This update will be applied to accounts using FastTrack and have the Past Due Amount feature enabled.
