Release Type:  Various (refer to each item for details)

Voice Channel Updates

Invoice-Based Payments Expanded to IVR

Invoice-based payments have been expanded to the IVR payment platform. This will allow customers to pay multiple invoices over the phone from a single account. The caller will be asked to enter a specific invoice number to make their payment once their account has been validated.

Release Type: Manual - This update will be implemented upon request.

Digital Channel Updates

Add Your Branding to the Banner and Buttons

The header banner, buttons, and links throughout the One-Time Payment user interface can now be updated to reflect your company colors. Additionally, the design has been updated to include your logo throughout the entire payment process.

Let us know which color you would like to have displayed and we will apply the update to keep your branding consistent throughout your customer’s payment experience.

Release Type: Manual - This update will be implemented upon request.

Clarify Payment Returns and Rejections

Customers will be in the know when a payment has been returned or rejected outside of the KUBRA EZ-PAY payment process. Payments that are rejected or returned will be communicated to the customer by email notification.

Release Type: Manual - This update will be implemented upon request.

Confirmation Options Grow

Tech-savvy customers making digital online payments now have the option to receive their payment confirmation via text message delivered to their mobile phone.

Release Type: Manual - This update will be implemented upon request.

Speak Their Language

The next time your customer visits KUBRA EZ-PAY, we’ll automatically detect their preferred language and, if supported, instantly translate the web page for an optimized and convenient viewing experience.

Release Type: Automatic - This update will be applied to all accounts

Call Out Overdue Amounts

Instead of showing customers one lump sum for the total amount due ahead of making their payment with KUBRA EZ-PAY, a new line has been added to the payment overview that calls out the amount that is past due. A line detailing the past due amount will help customers understand the items that make up the total amount due on their bill.

Release Type: Manual - This update will be implemented upon request.

Payment Processed, What’s Next?

The Snap n’ Pay “Done” button can be configured to redirect your customers to a specific URL after their payment is processed. Want your customer to land on a paperless billing promotion page, contact page, or another special web page? Let your KUBRA contact know, and we’ll help guide your customers to the next website location.

Release Type: Manual - This update will be implemented upon request.

Pre-populate for Convenience

The contact information page has been updated to allow for faster communications and a more simplified contact process. The email address and phone number of the customer can now be pre-populated on the contact information page where the information is available.

Release Type: Manual - This update will be implemented upon request.

Single Payment, Single Charge

With our latest update to our invoice-based model, customers can make a consolidated payment that combines multiple invoice payments into one transaction. There will only be one payment entry and, as a result, one convenience fee for all selected invoices.

Additionally, the invoice-based model now supports editable payment amounts (to handle partial payments or over payments) for individual invoices and “extra payment” data fields for your convenience.

Release Type: Manual - This update will be implemented upon request.

Validation Choices

Give your customers more options. We’ve added the ability to include an additional secondary validation option. For example, you can offer your customers the option to enter their account number and ZIP code, or their account number and invoice number.

Release Type: Manual - This update will be implemented upon request.

Boost Digital Payments

To assist our clients with increasing their electronic payment adoption we’ve introduced a small graphic to the KUBRA EZ-PAY welcome page. This graphic will communicate five reasons to sign up for a KUBRA EZ-PAY account. By enrolling, customers will gain access to a digital wallet, text message payment reminders, and more to help them make digital payments on time.

Release Type: Automatic - This update will not disrupt any current implementations‍

Multi-Channel Updates

Our Receipts Are Getting Smarter

Our Intelligent Receipt Number update offers receipt configurations to produce a Julian Date as three digits of the receipt number. In addition, this new update makes new parameters available such as payment type and the last digit of an account number.

Release Type: Manual - This update will be implemented upon request.
