Overview
This feature release will include the functionality to allow users to schedule a payment in KUBRA EZ-PAY. Currently, users are only given the ability to pay immediately. This feature is optional and will require a minor implementation to activate for clients.
Please note: Clients must complete the migration to v5.1 before they can implement this feature.

Payment Enhancements
Future-Dated Payments (Optional)
Your consumers do not always have the funds readily available when they want to make a payment. This new feature will give consumers the choice of selecting a later date to withdraw funds when making a payment. Currently, consumers are only given the ability to pay immediately. This improved flexibility will allow consumers to conveniently schedule payments as it fits their needs.
Please note: The future-dated payments feature is available today and will be offered through the Web and IVR channels.
By default, the feature is configured to allow consumers to schedule a payment up to 60 days after the due date. Clients can configure this feature by adjusting the maximum number of days after the due date that a payment can be scheduled.
Please note: Payments cannot be scheduled for a weekend.
Implementation Notes
- In order to take advantage of this feature, you need to be on KUBRA EZ-PAY v5.1.
- This feature will require some setup and configuration to activate for your application.
