The KUBRA EZ-PAY Canadian Edition will now be supporting an enhanced SMS feature set.

In addition to our standard text functionalities in the US, such as commands like “HELP” or “STOP”, we are now introducing a more intuitive back and forth communication between the customer and KUBRA EZ-PAY. This release gives the customer the ability to interact with KUBRA EZ-PAY via SMS without having received a Smart Reminder.

Multiple Account Support
For customers that have multiple accounts for the same biller, KUBRA EZ-PAY will provide the option to “PAY” or “STOP” stop separately for each account. For example, a customer with multiple accounts under the same biller, sends a text message “PAY” to KUBRA EZ-PAY. KUBRA EZ-PAY will respond with “Reply 1 to pay $109.18 due 10/12/2016 for account ending 6027. Reply 2 to pay $45.96 due 10/18/2016 for account ending 6028.” This same functionality will also apply to the STOP command.
