Overview

The iMail product teams are happy to release a new feature pack for November 2021.  This feature pack includes enhancements to following:

• Billable Support Cases Reporting
  The billable support cases report has been enhanced to return a list of billable support cases within a specified date range.
  
• Address Correction
  Enhancement to allow clients to filter mail pieces with corrected addresses to the Proofing Manager.
  
• Text & Secure Email Designers
  Enhancement to allow better testing of your templates.
• ‍DocWeb User Administration
  New functionality has been added to help better manage your users in DocWeb.

Enhancements

Billable Support Cases Report Enhancement

The billable support cases report has been enhanced to return the list of billable support cases within the date range selected based on the criteria selected. You can now choose to see cases that were billed within a certain date range or a list of cases that were closed within the specified date range.

AC and NCOA Proofing Enhancement

Address Correction allows for DDv2 (C# and 64Bit) and DTM applications to perform address correction during the data loading process. A new feature has been added that will allow clients to filter the corrected addresses to the proofing manager using automated flags and proofing target groups.

When an address has been corrected or has an NCOA match, DocWeb will flag it and the client can choose to send all flagged addresses to the Proofing Manager for review. 

Documents will be listed normally in the Proofing Manager and the group name will reflect the specific proofing group that triggered the document.

SMS & Secure Email Designer Enhancement

To improve the experience with the Email and SMS designers, we have added new functionality to assist with testing and sharing templates. 

Secure Email Designer - New functionality has been added to send a test email to a secondary email address.

SMS Designer - New functionality has been added to send a test text to any phone number (not just the phone number saved in the profile of the current user)

Enhanced User Administration

New functionality has been added to help better manage your users in DocWeb.

Delete and Deactivate

When managing DocWeb Users, the delete functionality has been enhanced to function only for users who have never logged into DocWeb. Users who have signed and are considered active, are now deactivated but no longer removed and their date purged. Once deactivated their access to the system is removed, but their historical data  is retained. 

Enhanced Search Capabilities

The following filters have been added to the User Administration module:

Last Accessed - You can filter out users based on when they have last accessed DocWeb. 

• Within the past month
• Within the past year
• Anytime
• Never accessed DocWeb
• Ignore when they last accessed the system

Include Deactivated Checkbox - This checkbox has been added to allow you to show or hide the deactivated users.

Additionally you can search for a user based on their email address or their role.
