New SMS Manager
The new SMS Manager will allow you to deliver text notifications to your customers, triggered by a job processed through DocWeb. For example, a notification can be sent to notify a customer of a new bill and include a dynamic URL that will link to the KUBRA iDoxs Suite. DocWeb will match the account number of the bill it just processed to an account number setup to receive text notifications. Recipients are controlled through a Special Handling list in DocWeb.

Group Mail
This mailing feature provides the ability to group mail pieces and then deliver them to a specified address.
For example, let’s say you have the invoices below for your customers A, B and C. All of these customers are managed by your Rep 1234. Your business needs require all of these docs to be mailed directly to the rep and not to the customer. DocWeb, using Group Mail, will sort, group, and mail all of these invoices to Rep 1234's address.

Group Mail also provides the ability to manage medium to large groups (50 to 500+ pages packages) by sorting them into their own output files.
In the example above, we’ll say the combined page count of the invoices being mailed to Rep 1234 is 350. 350 pages will not fit into a normal envelope and will require a larger box. Group Mail, using predefined thresholds, will create a specific output file letting the our Operations Department know that this large group will need to use Box Type 3.
