Please note:
- The target Production date will be Nov 7th, 2018.
- The ability to externally host lists and use the file upload feature will be automatically turned on but will not impact any current lists.
- To enable Target Groups for your lists, please contact Client Support.
Special Handling Target Groups
Documents can now be routed to special handling lists by using the Target Manager. These targets use rules to decide which list an account should be automatically placed in.
To enable a Target based list, contact Client Support.
Externally Hosted Lists
Clients have the option to host and manage Special Handling lists on their system and expose their content via a REST API that KUBRA can call before running a job.
This feature is enabled by default and only requires configuration.
Using a Batch File
You can download, edit and then upload a list to quickly edit multiple items.
- It is recommended to download and edit the existing list, vs creating a new list from scratch. This will ensure the header record and field order are correct.
