New Secure Email Options

Previously, DocWeb sent new document notifications that included a secured PDF and was triggered by the processing of a bill file. With the new enhancements, DocWeb can now send out new document notifications without the PDF attachment.  This can be used when the you are loading files into DocWeb but managing a customer facing ebill solution outside of KUBRA. The email may contain a URL or instructions that will direct the user to a location where they can view (or pay) the document.

As part of the new feature, clients can add a delay in sending the notification until after the file has been loaded into the KUBRA iDoxs Suite.  This delay can provide a buffer in the case of any bill file processing issues.

This new enhancement does not require an implementation. This will be automatically available to all applications with Secure Email enabled.

Enhanced Test Manager Configuration

The Test Manager has a new option for Test Mode. When Test Mode is enabled any new jobs sent to Prep will be placed on Hold. When releasing the job on Hold you have the option to replace the Test Data, the Sample Data or both with the new data file.

This will replace the Manual mode in the current Prep Schedule Manager. The Prep Schedule Manager will be removed from Application Setup.

This new enhancement does not require an implementation. This will be automatically available to all applications.

Expanded NCOA Reporting

DocWeb is now able to provide the NCOA (National Change of Address) report in more user friendly formats.

NCOA audit report can be provided  in TXT, CSV, XML, and JSON formats and will now be available as an eReport from the Job Details page.

This new feature requires configuration. Please contact your representative for further details.

New Company Scheduled Reports

This enhancement will allow you to configure reports to go directly to DocWeb inbox or FTP which can then be consumed and processed automatically by another system. The new interface allows you to view the configurations and can request changes through Client Support.
