Overview

Following on the tail of the redesigned Sign In process we are happy to release a new My Account. We are moving a few DocWeb profile features into My Account under the new KUBRA Account portal.  Once the update has been moved to Production on Nov 30th, you will still be able to access the features below from DocWeb, however, it will be found within a new My Account section under your KUBRA Account.  

The My Account features:

  • Security - password and secret questions
  • Account Info - email, phone, address, etc
  • Account Preferences - communication settings
  • ‍New user registration process
  • Password reset process

Updated branding and layout

Along with the organizational change there will be a small redesign and branding update to the DocWeb homepage. Stay tuned for more exciting improvements in the coming months.

  • We have update the DocWeb logo to match our new branding
  • Minor header changes to accommodate the My Account update
  • ‍Update to the Important Information section on the home page
  • ‍New User Administration menu link added to the client console

FAQ

How do I access My Account?

My account is accessed through DocWeb. Locate your name in the upper right hand corner and click on your name. A menu will appear proving access to the multiple areas including My Account.

How do I access the User Administration section?

For users with Administrative rights, you can now access the User Administration section directly form the main menu on the home page.

Will I need to do anything after the update?

There is nothing required to be done on your part after the update. This release will be seamless and will not impact any current settings or processes you have configured for DocWeb. Please continue to access DocWeb through docweb.kubra.com or through our redesigned www.kubra.com
