The DocWeb team is ready to promote an update to the Message Manager app which will add new functionality and provide an improved user experience. These new features are designed to improve the creation and ongoing management of your campaigns.

Please Note: This update has already been released in Rapid Release mode which allows users to try the new features ahead of the general release.

This update includes the following new functionality:

Reorder Regions

A reorder feature lets you change the order that regions are displayed. You will now be able to push the message regions you are working with most frequently at the top of the list.

Simply click and drag the Region name to the order you want them to be displayed.

Archive Message or Image

An Archive link has been added in the Action column. You can archive any image or message that is no longer required. 

Multi-select

The multi-select option lets you take actions on multiple images or messages at the same time. 

Select multiple images or messages then click one of the available options from buttons above grid to take action on all selected items at once. Only the actions that can be applied to all selected items will be available to choose from.

Copy Message Campaign

You can now create a Message Campaign by copying the content of an existing In-Production Message Campaign. You may also choose to copy the Region content from another In-Production Message Campaign. All these features have been added to help users accelerate the Campaign creation process.
