Overview

The DocWeb team is ready to promote an update to the Insert Manager app which will add new functionality and provide an improved user experience. These new features are designed to improve the creation and ongoing management of your campaigns.

On the release date, you will have the option to try the new features out with the option to switch back to the old version. This will only be an option for a limited time until the old version is deprecated. We encourage you to try it out and give your feedback.

This update includes the following new functionality:

Reorder Mail Files

The reorder feature allows the user to change the order that mail files are displayed. You will now be able to push the mail files you work with most frequently to the top of the list. The order is saved as user preference and does not affect the jobs or views of other users .

Simply click and drag the mail file name in the order you want them to be displayed.

View insert and e-Sert images

The Insert Inventory list will display the images for both the physical insert and the e-Sert if applicable.

View the Outer Mailing Envelope (OME)

The mail files on the Campaign Details page will display  “Station 1” showing the OME’s that are configured for the mail file.  Using the drop-down you see the details for the automated or manual insert OME.

Quickly Change Inserts

Change the insert item that is assigned to an insert station without having to delete and re-add.

Copy Insert Campaign

Quickly create a new Insert Campaign by copying the content of an existing In-Production campaign.
