KUBRA Today
Enhanced tracking and monitoring
KUBRA iMail
KUBRA iMail

In this update the DocWeb Transmission Manager has been enhanced to provide you more visibility and control. The most significant change will be the tracking and monitoring of not just the files you send to us, but now, all the files that are from us. We have also expanded the Transmission Manager's search capabilities by including the additional search fields of filename and transmission type. Transmission type refers to To KUBRA, files you send to us, and From KUBRA, files we prepare for you.

In addition to the enhanced tracking of files passing through DocWeb, you can now configure DocWeb to track files that are sent and received outside of DocWeb. Certain custom transmissions are not currently monitored and tracked through Transmission History in DocWeb. Through a small implementation we can pull that data into DocWeb and take full advantage of its tools.  For instance, you can use a schedule and configure alerts and notifications to keep on top of these business critical files passing through DocWeb.

Key highlights:

  • Deeper visibility
  • Improved search capabilities
  • Track all files, incoming and outgoing
  • Expanded alerts and notifications
  • Improved interface
